Commands->Halt

Simulation

Use the Halt Simulation command to pause the simulation session.  Simulation will halt and all of the open windows will be updated.

Program execution can then be restarted with the Go, Trace or one of the other program run commands and execution will proceed from the address at which it was halted (unless the Set PC at Cursor command has been use subsequent to the Halt command).

On-chip Debugging

Use the Halt Debugger command to pause the debugging session.  The debugging session will halt and all of the open windows will be updated.
