Generate CF5206e/CF5272 Code (/CF5206E)

The /CF5206E option causes the compiler to generate code suitable for the ColdFire 5206e and 5272 chips.  Opportunities to make use of the hardware divide are used.  The CF5307.LIB and FCF5307.LIB libraries are included by default.
