Generate CF5206 Code (/CF5206)

The /CF5206 option causes the compiler to generate code suitable for the ColdFire 5206 chip.  Instructions that require the hardware divide or the MAC unit are not used.  The CF5206.LIB and FCF5206.LIB libraries are included by default.
