Generate CF5249 Code (/CF5249)

The /CF5249 option causes the compiler to generate code suitable for the ColdFire 5249 chip.  Opportunities to make use of the hardware divide are used.  The CF5307.LIB and FCF5307.LIB libraries are included by default.
