Drag-and-Drop Linker Scripting |

If you need to run one or more time critical routines in high speed memory, such as static RAM, or if you are using a memory management unit which will remap locations of your code or data, then you need to use a linker script. A linker script is an alternative way of locating sections in specified memory regions or at precise memory locations. The main advantage of a linker script is that it allows the run-time and storage locations of relocatable sections to be different from each other. The first step is to create a linker script that is compatible with your existing linker settings. The unique Crossware drag-and-drop linker script editor makes this easy.
