Generate CF5407 Code (/CF5407)

The /CF5407 option causes the compiler to generate code suitable for the ColdFire 5407 chip.  Opportunities to make use of the hardware divide are used.  The CF5407.LIB and FCF5407.LIB libraries are included by default.
