Generate CF5202 Code (/CF5202)

The /CF5202 option causes the compiler to generate code suitable for the ColdFire 5202 chip.  Instructions that require the hardware divide or the MAC unit are not used.  The CF5206.LIB and FCF5206.LIB libraries are included by default.
