INTRODUCTION

This manual describes the Crossware 680X0 C compiler package for Windows (C680X0NT).

The C680X0NT is available in two forms:

As a full package complete with the Embedded Development Studio.

As an add-on module for use with an existing Embedded Development Studio installation.

The C680X0NT consists of the following elements:

Embedded Development Studio (if purchased as a full package)
ANSI C compiler and runtime libraries
Relocatable cross assembler
Linker
Library manager
Program maintenance utility

This manual describes the C compiler and runtime libraries, cross assembler and the linker and presents a brief description of the microprocessor and maths-coprocessor instructions. The library manager and program maintenance utility are common across all Crossware C compilers and assemblers and so are described in a separate manual. The Embedded Development Studio is also described in a separate manual.
