LINKER->Linker Command Line Options->Generate IEEE ASCII Output (/IEEEA)

The option causes the program code to be generated in IEEE 695 Ascii format.  Although this is still the official IEEE standard, it is not generally used.  Instead, most target systems supporting IEEE695 use the HP/Microtec format described above.
