LINKER->Linker Command Line Options->Generate S Record Output (/SREC)

This causes the program code to be generated in the default Motorola 'S' record format.  For the Z80, this is S19 format.  Use /SREC1, /SREC2 or /SREC3 to specify a particular S record format.
