INTRODUCTION
This manual describes the Crossware 68HC11 relocatable assembler package for Windows 9x/2000/NT 4.0 (A68HC11NT).
The A68HC11NT is available in two forms:
- As a full package complete with the Embedded Development Studio.
- As an add-on module for use with an existing Embedded Development Studio installation.
The A68HC11NT consists of the following elements:
- Embedded Development Studio (if purchased as a full package)
- Relocatable cross assembler
- Linker
- Library manager
- Program maintenance utility
This manual describes the cross assembler and the linker and presents a brief description of the microprocessor instructions. The library manager and program maintenance utility are common across all Crossware C compilers and assemblers and so are described in a separate manual. The Embedded Development Studio is also described in a separate manual.
